Can BRCG migrate us off Salesforce Marketing Cloud?

Yes. The most common SFMC engagement is migrating to Braze, Iterable, or HubSpot. We hand-translate AMPscript to Liquid / Handlebars / HubL (not auto-transpile), remodel Data Extensions into CDP-fed segments, and rebuild Journeys from brief — keeping what was working, killing what wasn't. Typical migration: 12–20 weeks.

What about the new Marketing Cloud Growth and Advanced editions?

BRCG implements Marketing Cloud Growth Edition (mid-market) and Advanced Edition (enterprise) on Salesforce Data Cloud. The 2024 rebrand is more than a name change — it's a fundamentally different data model and journey builder. We treat it as a separate platform from legacy SFMC.

Can BRCG fix SFMC deliverability?

Yes. SFMC deliverability rescue typically involves Sender Profile and Delivery Profile cleanup, dedicated IP warmup or replacement, SAP review, and ISP-specific inbox placement work. Typical rescue: 4–8 weeks before improvements show up in inbox placement scores.

What size companies work best on SFMC?

SFMC fits enterprise teams with complex org structures, compliance requirements, and existing Salesforce CRM/Service Cloud investment. Below that bar, the legacy AMPscript debt and Data Extension complexity usually doesn't earn its place vs. Braze or HubSpot.
