The problem

BinkyBro had email and SMS programs running but they weren't pulling their weight. Campaigns were generic, flows were basic templates with no brand alignment, and there was no systematic approach to segmentation or testing.

The visual design didn't match the brand's personality. SMS was underperforming with limited subscriber growth. They needed a complete overhaul of both channels.

Full migration from the legacy ESP to Klaviyo with audit, deliverability cleanup, and rebuild of every existing flow on a fresh foundation.

Welcome series refresh, plus net-new flows: abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment. Each one tested and tuned.

Every template rebuilt against BinkyBro's visual identity — cohesive imagery, stronger CTAs, mobile-first layouts. Replaces basic mass-email templates.

Migrated SMS to Postscript, redesigned the subscribe flow, layered SMS into the lifecycle alongside email so they reinforce instead of compete.
